1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If there is a delay due to high order volume or stock issues, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


1.2 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen issues.


1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping may apply during special offers or above a specific order value (if mentioned on website).


1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Tracking link

You can track your order anytime until delivery.


1.5 Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible if:

  • The customer enters an incorrect address

  • The courier is unable to reach you

  • Delivery fails due to customer unavailability

Re-delivery charges may apply.



2. Refund Policy

We follow a transparent 7-day Refund & Return policy.

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • Your package was tampered with

  • Product is unopened and in original condition

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Opened or used supplement packs

  • Dissatisfaction with taste, flavor, or results

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Customer’s wrong purchase decision

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch


2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Product Photos/Videos

  • Reason for Refund

  • Unboxing Video (if available, helpful for damaged item claims)

Our team will review your request and update you within 1–2 working days.


2.2 Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the mistake is on our end.


2.3 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item):

  • We will provide a free replacement OR

  • A full refund

If the return is due to customer reason:

  • The customer must ship the product back

  • Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed
