Cancellation and Refund

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipping

You may request cancellation only before the order is shipped.

To cancel your order:

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for cancellation

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will:
✔ Cancel the order
✔ Initiate a full refund to your original payment method


1.2 Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the courier:

Cancellation is not allowed
❌ We cannot stop or pull back the shipment

You can only request a return or exchange after receiving the product, as per our Return Policy.


2. Refund Policy

We follow a transparent and secure refund process.

2.1 Refunds Are Issued When:

A refund is applicable only if:

✔ You received a damaged or defective product
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ Your package arrived tampered or leaked
✔ Product is unused, sealed, and eligible for return
✔ Return request is approved by our support team


2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

❌ Opened or used supplement packs
❌ Customer’s wrong product purchase
❌ Dissatisfaction with taste, flavour, or expected results
❌ Orders cancelled after dispatch
❌ Incorrect shipping address entered by customer
❌ Products returned without authorization
❌ Delay caused by courier companies


3. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is:

✔ Received
✔ Inspected
✔ Approved

Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Note:
Bank & payment gateway processing time may vary.

Shipping charges & COD fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.


4. Return Shipping Charges

If the error is from our side (damaged / wrong item):

✔ Free replacement
✔ OR full refund
✔ No return shipping charge
